Dr. Charlie Gonzales, who was born and raised in Bayonne, came back to serve the community with a mission of becoming a healer and help people get well in the true sense. Dr. Gonzales decided to go to Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, GA. This was a unique time for him because he was a “man amongst boys” as he already had a prior life on Wall Street before beginning his journey into chiropractic, but this was also the first time that he realized his true passion. “When I was sitting in class and learning about anatomy, science, philosophy, etc., I felt so connected to myself, really for the first time, and I could not put words to this feeling. It was exhilarating, almost as if I was about to embark on an adventure of a lifetime,” recollects Dr. Gonzales.
